Inspiration 6 : The Apple Newton

Most people think that tablet pc’s are new, having been invented by Apple Inc with the iPad but actually Apple was working on tablet pc’s in as far back as 1987.

Apple have always been years ahead of every other tech company out there and this is no exception. The Apple Newton was the first PDA and tablet pc all rolled into one!

If you compare the above image to an Amazon Kindle for example it really does drive home how behind everyone else is and how far ahead Apple is.

I remember holding one of these devices many years ago and little did I know that it would be the 1st ipad!
